Ducktales NES

One of the most famous games of all time, involving the richest duck in the world!

With this piece, I took the idea of the select screen and wanted to give it some extra life. We never get to see the computer room, but I would like to imagine that after every trip out, you come back and the room is littered with your treasures. As far as the floor itself, if you look at the original NES image, it has a yellow-like floor. I turned that idea into the base and made it a more golden hue to represent his wealth. On the sides, I wanted to depict a couple fan favorite characters, and of course the moon level.

Overall, I find this cube to be... a treasure of itself!

✨ I try and let these cubes speak for themselves, but sometimes photos don't do justice. I sometimes take liberties to recreating or making unique scenes from video game history. You should view them straight on or at an angle. If you do look at it from a behind view for some reason, you'll find the sprites to be double sided! I try to not lose the illusion with just one sided characters. Consider it my personal touch! ^_^
